Just imagine yourself at this beautiful magical mountain - view retreat, enjoying the large Bullfrog S150 swim spa that runs year round at 99 degrees, long enough to swim laps in, warm enough to soak in on a January night. It doubles as the exercise space, with a rowing bar, resistance equipment, and an in water hammock, plus water toys, children's flotation devices, and towels. Just bring swimwear. The covered patio seats eight, with a fire pit and sun loungers facing the mountains and the beautiful Krishna Temple. The yard is fully fenced and private, as easy to book for a quiet romantic evening as for a family weekend. Sip your morning coffee with the mountains as your backdrop, and relax under the stars at night. Inside there is more than most guests expect. A children's playroom with toys sorted by age. A theme room. A dedicated workspace. A kitchen with a gas range and six ways to make coffee. Three bedrooms: one king, two queens. Blackout shades and charging ports in each. Two and a half baths. Traveling with a baby? Pack n play, high chair, changing table, baby bath, monitor, and outlet covers are all here. You are on the edge of a bird refuge. Migrating ducks and geese stop to rest, and our two sandhill cranes, Jack and Jill, are usually somewhere in view. Binoculars provided. Salem Park, with a paved walking path, large playground, and pavilion, is a short walk away. When you are ready to explore, Sundance and world class skiing are close, and Utah's national parks are within reach for a longer trip. Guest access For your convenience, we provide keyless entry to both the front door and the garage. The Entire Home and gated backyard are yours to enjoy. A spacious two car garage and driveway provide plenty of parking, also roadside parking is available for RVs and Trailers. We would love for you to enjoy the convenience of our garage during your stay. We just kindly ask that if your vehicle has heavy mud, dirt, or road salt on the tires, please park outside until the tires can be cleaned (mud and salt can damage the flooring over time).
