The primary bedroom, with a Cal-King memory foam bed and antique roll top desk with an office chair, is perfect for those working from home. Upstairs, guests will enjoy a second full bedroom with a queen-size memory foam bed, an adjustable (standing) desk with an office chair, and a window A/C unit. Gather & Relax: The living room offers a welcoming atmosphere with cozy seating and abundant natural light — perfect for unwinding with loved ones or enjoying quiet mornings. Equipped Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances and ample counter space, making meal preparation easy and enjoyable. Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of $1000 is required per stay. Quiet Hours: Located in a peaceful residential neighborhood; please respect local quiet hours, which start from 10 pm. Pets: This property is pet-friendly with prior approval. Up to two pets allowed, a $100 per pet non-refundable pet fee, and the guest must agree to the pet policy.
