Please note, there is a studio basement beneath this cabin with its own entrance. This is where the third bedroom of the house is located. You will be sleeping on a sofa bed, have a kitchenette, full bathroom, and own hot tub. If you are interested in an early check in or late checkout, please inquire on the day of your booking. We would need to hire an additional cleaner for $200. We do have exterior security cameras that are on during your stay. They face the front doors to monitor traffic. We are now accepting dogs! There will be dog bowls, bathroom bags, and a leash provided for you during your stay. Please be sure to include your pet in your guest list when booking. If not, upon arrival we will be immediately requesting the pet fee. Please read the following rules for your furry friend: -- To protect the wildlife in Cascade, we require your dog to be on a leash at all times when outside. -- You must clean up after your pet outside and inside. If we find any pet poop around or in the property, you will be charged a $250 "pet poop pickup fee." -- Please do not leave your pet unattended or alone in the house, unless crated. -- Please do not allow your pet in the hot tub or on our furniture. -- You are responsible if there is any damage to the property from your pet during your stay. Pet Fees: -- One night stay is $75 -- 2-7 night stay is $150 -- 8+ nights is $250 -- If bringing two pets, we do require an additional $50 to the pet fee. Guest access We provide keyless access and you will receive the code two days prior to your stay. Other things to note Notes to take into account: --October-May we can have snow storms. Please be aware you may need 4-wheel drive. Check the weather for Cascade-Chipita Park as it can be very different from Colorado Springs. --We are also in a forest fire area, so fire bans may occasionally happen. The timing of this is out of our control. This may mean not being able to use certain fire features or our grill. We will try to let you know during your stay if there is high fire danger and what cannot be used. --Rockies Ranch and Bungalow don't have A/C, but at this elevation you rarely need it! It stays much cooler at 7,800 ft and open windows at night keeps it comfortable.
