You will have an adorable Christmas themed cottage to spend your downtime in after all the activities of the day. This home features a nicely equipped kitchen, and a spacious climate controlled porch with excellent views of Lake Taneycomo. Step out outside and take in the sounds of the lake and the amazing views. Sleeping Arrangements Bedroom – King size bed (sleeps 2) STOCKED ITEMS All of our properties are stocked with a starter kit for toiletries and kitchen supplies. We aim to meet the essentials for your stay, but anything beyond what is listed below (or if you plan to have a large group/long stay) you will need to provide for your stay. Kitchen: Coffee, Sugar, Coffee Filters, Salt and Pepper, Potholders, Dish soap, Dishwasher pods, Hand Soap, Kitchen Hand towels and dishcloths, Paper towels, Trash Bags Toiletries: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body wash, Hand Soap, Towels, Toilet Paper, Trash bags, Make up wipes, tissue. All linens will be provided as well as laundry detergent. Guest access Private entrance, private free parking in front of the unit (room for 1 vehicle) Other things to note **This property is pet friendly. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $100 is required. This fee covers up to two dogs. Add this fee during booking by selecting pets in your guest count, otherwise you will need to contact us directly any time before arrival to pay this fee separately directly through Freedom Vacation Rentals. **Freedom complies with all ADA regulations and welcomes Registered Service Animals. ESA's (Emotional Support Animals) are allowed at this property but still incur the $100 pet fee. **Registered Service Animal requirements: 1 - The service animal may not be left alone in/around the property. 2 - The service animal must be on a leash when outside. 3 - Owners are required to pick up all pet waste. **No cats allowed.
