Electricity, water, TV, internet, heating and all other taxes are included in the price - no extra charges. Open for long-term stays and remote workers (working desk, mouse, keyboard, extension cable are provided). We are doing registration of residence of foreigners instead of you for free (if you need that). Minimum is 3 nights stay. We have flexible check in (any time), check out until 12PM.
