Check-in & Check-out Time • Check-in: from 2:00 PM (early check-in available if the house is ready) • Check-out: by 12:00 PM (late check-out available upon prior approval) • Late check-out after 12:00 PM: hourly surcharge applies – please contact in advance. 2. Identification & Security Deposit • No personal identification is retained. • No deposit required. Guests are kindly expected to take care of the property and honestly report any damage. Note: Hearth Light Home reserves the right to report and rate guests on booking platforms after each stay. 3. Property Use & Maintenance • Please treat all furniture and items as your own. • Do not move large furniture or open locked cabinets. • Any loss or damage to items must be compensated based on actual value. 4. Cleaning & Housekeeping • This is a self-service home – there is no live-in housekeeper. • Towels, bed linens, and pillowcases are provided, but dishwashing and kitchen cleaning are not included. • After cooking, please clean and return all items to their original place. • A fee of VND 500,000 will apply if the kitchen and used utensils are not cleaned before check-out. • Do not bring food into the bedrooms. Stains or damage to bedding and towels will be charged VND 200,000–500,000 per item. 5. General Regulations • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside. Do not bring flammable or heat-generating devices indoors. In case of fire or damage, the guest will be fully responsible for compensation and legal consequences. • No weapons, illegal substances, or pets are allowed. • Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM (no loud music, shouting, or singing). • When leaving the house, please turn off all lights, fans, air-conditioners, and lock all doors. • Kindly do not take toiletries such as shampoo, body wash, towels, toilet paper, etc. with you.
