Smart Philips lights throughout the house creates the perfect ambience for any occasion. Built it Sonos speakers through the inside and outside so you never miss a beat. Base rates are up to 6 guests, past 6 guests you will see the night rate go up $49/guest/night and our house can host 13 people at a time for overnight guests, please check bed accommodations. ALL requests must 100% upfront have the expected overnight guests. Guest access Main level, upstairs and backyard. Other things to note This is currently still our families residence and we continue to update it for us and others to enjoy. We spare to expense when it comes to fun and comfort. You cannot find better accommodations, quality and amenities for this price anywhere in the area for this price! It's truly a steal and you will be blown away by how awesome it is. There is no hottub anymore on the property, it was removed 06/2024 Please do not hang or slam dunk on the basketball rim, we have cameras and damage to the court and basketball setup would be incredibly costly to fix.
