The space As we have said before, our studio is perfect for people who for professional reasons have to travel to our island for certain periods. Many of our tenants are usually doctors, sailing students, nautical workers, etc. Just 30 meters away you can find the bus stop such as bus 20 (it will take you to Son Espases) and bus 4 to Plaza de España. The studio is in a building with an elevator and has a comfortable double bed of 1.60 x 2 m, a kitchen equipped with a microwave, a 2-burner stove, a Nespresso coffee maker, a kettle, a small refrigerator, an iron and kitchen utensils. Upon arrival you will find sheets and towels for your entire stay but we clarify that we do not clean or replace household items or replace sheets or towels during your stay.
