A modern posh and very spacious 1 bhk villa with terrace to relax peacefully with your family at this beautiful house. It is a very private place with nice garden, sea breeze, ample car parking, the house is loaded with all amenities that is required for a couple or a family. The space Our entire villa which comprises Ground floow level, 1 st floor level, 2nd floor level and terrace. Ground floor - It comes with a small garden, comfortable parking and care taker quarters. First floor - Stairs lead to the first floor house which is listed and the pics are shown Second floor - one of our family member stays at present and would be used by us at very rare occassion. Terrace - Guest has access to the bar area, bar be cue and a toilet for convenience. Kids are requested to be taken care of all times due to our glass railing, ladders to climb to water tank and low height walls. Guess are not allowed to climb the ladder leading to watertank at any circumstances. Guest access Guests who book has access to the entire ground floor, 1 st floor and terrace. 2nd floor is for private access of the owners only. Please use our balconies for smoking and dont throw the buds downstairs.
