The Beach House in the Trees is part of the Paradise Regained properties and is a large rustic, self-contained studio loft among the swaying palms, with panoramic views of the Caribbean ocean, access to the Paradise Regained beachfront and some of Utila's best reefs, excellent snorkeling and a saltwater swimming pool. Our triple bunk sleeps 3 (extra charge over 2 guests). Utila’s family vacation spot! The space Your studio loft is a rustic retreat, perched high in the trees to take advantage of the westerly trade winds. Fall asleep listening to the waves on a full bed, and your family and friends will enjoy the triple bunk bed, up to a total of 5. You will love the seating area, a small kitchenette/eating area, a shower that overlooks the ocean, and free wifi. The large windows allow for the tradewinds to fill your room, ( this Studio does not have A/C ) and there are also fans on every bed to help keep you comfortable. Guest access Sand beneath your toes, the sound of the waves lapping on the reef, palms swaying in the wind … these are just a few delights to be found at Paradise Regained. Grab your snorkel and mask and from our own private steps dip into the warm Caribbean ocean. A short swim takes you to some of the best reef sites on Utila’s south side. For those not tempted to snorkel our stunning reefs, we offer a shared saltwater pool and seating (exclusive to Paradise Regained guests). An outdoor shower is provided to rinse the salt from your skin before retiring to your private deck or our stunning shared beachfront with a drink in hand, to watch the sun set over the ocean.
