It is 150 m away from the pristine and hip Kabalana beach. Unrushed little house has three spacious rooms, a pool, a kitchen along with an open dining area, and a small backyard lawn. All the rooms are en-suite. And one car and 3-4 scooters can be parked very comfortably. It is an ideal place for groups looking for an intimate affair but also scores 10/10 for digital nomads, couples and solo travellers looking for a modern and clean accommodation away from the crowds and yet close to the beach and all the eateries. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house except the store room. Other things to note a) No smoking inside the room b) If neighbours or fellow guests complain about the noise or loud sounds, you have to stop. It’s that simple c) We arrange power back ups only for scheduled outages. Not for unscheduled ones. The unscheduled outages occur sometimes because of weather and strong winds and don’t last for very long. d) Cleaning and change of linen: 1) For 2 and 3 nights stay- we can clean common areas. Not rooms. Linens are strictly not changed. 2) For 4 nights stay- we clean common areas and rooms including giving fresh towels after the 2nd night. Please note that bedsheets and other linens are just tidied up. They are strictly not changed. 3) For stays longer than 4 nights- we can clean the common area everyday. The rooms including change of all the linen is done after every 3rd night. Guests are free to move the cleaning to any other day as well but the number of cleanings won't change. For example, one cleaning during a 6 nights stay and 2 cleanings during a 8 nights stay.
