The space Our loft-studio is an oasis of peace, where you can enjoy a cozy and private atmosphere, with all the amenities you need. The studio apartment is adjacent to our house, but it has its own entrance and outdoor spaces, including a balcony, terrace, fire pit, picnic area, and vibrant green spaces. The studio apartment has an open-plan layout, with a fully equipped kitchen, a separate bathroom with a large shower and hot water, a washing machine, a laundry sink, one bed and one sofa bed, a desk, and Starlink internet. Here you can feel in the countryside, but you will be only a 7 minute walk from the central square of Filandia. Guest access In the green areas, you will have the opportunity to live with us and our pet, who will welcome you with a lot of love and joy. In addition, you will enjoy your own terrace, campfire, picnic and barbecue, where you can spend unforgettable moments. If you are a nature lover, don't miss the experience of hiking around and visiting nature reserves with a tour guide who will show you the secrets of our surroundings. The access road to the property is not paved, but it is in generally good condition for cars or SUVs; part of it has a track. The parking area is narrow, only suitable for very small vehicles, so we do not have a parking service for any type of car, but we can suggest a parking lot nearby (7 minutes walking). Other things to note We want your stay to be comfortable and enjoyable, which is why we offer some tips and services that may interest you. The Internet is Starlink with download speeds between 50 and 300 Mbps. In the rainy season, we recommend bringing your coat, and don't worry about an umbrella—we have one for you here. If you like to watch the birds that come to the haystack, you can bring your binoculars or borrow from us. You don't need to buy bottled water, we have a water filter in the kitchen. We also have a reusable bag for you to avoid plastic bags when you go shopping. Filandia is at 1923 ms.n.m. and can be cold, so bring your comfortable pyjama. In the village there are ATMs of Bancolombia, Davivienda and ATH. We have a TV with Chromecast, so you can see what you want from your mobile devices. We do not have cable tv service. We also have some speakers with bluetooth connection and low power sound. Filandia has a varied gastronomic, artisan and local offer.
