Rent this apartment by the month for $45USD per day or by the year for $40 per day. My place is close to art and culture, great views, restaurants and dining, the beach, and family-friendly activities. You’ll love my place because of the view and is very well located! In front of the ocean with a nice breeze and a beach to swim. The apt is very clean, spacious for couples or a family of 6. Practical and very well maintained. Utilities, water, electricity, TV and Internet is $200 per month. The space This apartment has 2 bedroom + another small bedroom with one bunk bed. In room number one is 1 double bed with a new mattress. In room number 2 it has 2 beds and 1 bunk bed. In the small room is a bunk bed for 2 in case you have more than 6 people in your family maximum of 8. All the sheets are cotton, the pillows are new and we can provide bath towels and beach towels. Our assistant can come and clean the apartment, wash towels and sheets and you cloth for a very reasonable price. Guest access They can use all the apartment. Other things to note On a monthly basis the owner of the apt will pay for the administration fees. The guess will pay for the utilities. Electricity, water, gas, internet, TV and land line ($220USD per month). We also required a cleaning once a week, $50,000 COP ($14USD). From our apartment you can walk to restaurants, supermarkets, new shopping center and even to the all city.
