The space The Hunt Street build was just completed in May 2020. The penthouse suite is a beautiful and modern suite with a huge private deck overlooking Hardy Bay, a sunny front porch, and a landscaped yard. You have complete and private access to the upper two levels of the building, decks, upper driveway, and side yard. Guest access You have complete and private access to the upper two levels of the house; including the deck, porch and side yard. The bottom level is a separate suite -no access. Three car parking is available in your private driveway on the upper level, (next to the front door). Other things to note There is a staircase in the suite. Not suitable for young children.
