When creating "The Hidden Gem" we wanted it to feel different — to include elements that spark curiosity, bring comfort, and reflect a bit of personality, anything but boring! This is more private and allows for easiest access to the main entrance (side patio double doors) •There are a few steps to enter the front door—house is not fully wheelchair accessible •Self-check-in via smart lock with code provided on check-in day 🌳 Outdoor Space •Private backyard with fire pit and outdoor seating •Gas grill available for guest use •Covered porch with comfy couches and cozy blankets •Various sets of weights, yoga mats/blocks, step aerobics stepper, foam mats for stretching. We've got enough for a morning exercise session to start your day off right! 🐾 Pet Policy • No Pets Please • Please disclose if a service animal is required so we can best accommodate you 🔔 Important Notes • Hosts live close by and are willing to assist you with anything you may need • No parties or events allowed •No unregistered guests or visitors may stay overnight, our guest capacity is 6 people • Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM • Security cameras on exterior only (for guest safety) cameras do not have audio 🧼 Cleanliness & Safety • Professionally cleaned between each stay • Smoke and CO detectors installed • First aid kit and fire extinguisher on site Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy the main floor of the home, the front yard, and the spacious wrap-around patio with a cozy fire pit seating area. Please note that the basement and garage are currently used for storage and will be locked during your stay. We kindly ask that guests refrain from accessing these areas.
