The accommodation is a newly furnished Master Double Suite with a balcony in the Penthouse (5th floor). It has: 1 queen-size bed, a wardrobe, hangers, central air, & an anteroom with a sofa bed and a desk for notebook use. Private area of the apartment. The penthouse has: a large outdoor terrace, full kitchen, washer & dryer, living room with 50" TV, Wi-Fi, 2nd space with armchairs, carpet and pillows, and toilet. Here you will enjoy an incredible view and all the tranquility of the neighborhood The space You will have exclusive access to your suite and all other common areas (which may eventually be shared with other guests): Terrace, Living Room, Rest Room, Full Kitchen, Service Area and Toilet. Newly equipped full kitchen: Refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, barbecue, blender, coffee maker, grill, accessories and kitchen utensils. Combined with a service area with a washer & dryer and general cleaning utensils. Other things to note IMPORTANT TO READ THIS INFORMATION TO THE END: As a penthouse, we have 3 suites that we rent separately, which means you may have to share SOME COMMON SPACES with other guests: LIVING ROOMS, KITCHEN AND TERRACE. The suite you rent is ONLY YOURS, ONLY YOU WILL HAVE ACCESS TO IT AND ALL HAVE A PRIVATE BATHROOM. If no one else has rented during your period, then you will have a penthouse all to yourself at the price of a suite. Feel free to ask about the booking calendar.
