The space This beautiful flat at the heart of Sagrada familia borough it’s ideal for your holidays in Barcelona. This apartment has everything you need for your stay-away. 2 double bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. This apartment is located just 5minutes away walking from Sagrada Familia This apartment has an elevator, balcony, air-conditioning and heat pump in the leaving room and master bedroom, in the other room has a ceiling fan, and television. It has a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob with fridge, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, and kitchenware. The building has an elevator, although on rare occasions it may be temporarily out of service due to unforeseen technical issues or maintenance. Please note the following important information before booking: -Work will begin on the building for a few months, from November 12th until probably June 2026. - Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included. - Baby crib: Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it. -Extra guest: Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be charged €10 per night. -Arrival after hours: -Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (please consult us if you would like to check in earlier). Outside of these hours, we will charge €30 in cash. After 10:00 p.m., the charge will be €50, and after midnight, it will be €80. - If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the cost will be €30 until 10:00 p.m., €50 after 10:00 p.m., and €80 after midnight. - If the arrival date is December 25, 26, or January 1, the charges will be as follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m. - The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied. (€9,50/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). In addition, a service fee of 15,00 euros will apply. - Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking is strictly forbidden in all rooms of the flat. - Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine) Guest access The entire apartment is at the guest’s disposal. Staying on Calle Mallorca, in the heart of Eixample Right, places you in one of Barcelona’s most elegant, safe, and well-connected neighborhoods. Thanks to its excellent metro and bus connections, you can easily reach the historic center, Passeig de Gràcia, Plaça Catalunya, the beaches, and other major attractions. It’s a perfect location for cultural tourism or family stays, combining comfort, local life, and an unbeatable location. Other things to note The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for theft, robbery or any other theft of property that may occur within the facilities of our flats. Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions for the safekeeping of their valuables, including the use of safety deposit boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured.
