This home conveniently located off of highway 550 between Durango CO and Aztec NM with private Animas river access! granite in the Kitchen and a table set for 6, and a fully equipped kitchen. The master offers a king bedroom set with a new memory foam mattress and large bathroom with jacuzzi tub and stand alone shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed with a pillow top mattress. 3rd bedroom at the end of the hall has a twin size bed and pull out trundle. We provide our guests with clean comfortable sheets and linens. Our home has a front and back porch for BBQing or morning coffee in the sunrise. The home is Seven miles to downtown Aztec providing a large grocery store, shopping and historic downtown Aztec shopping and restraints. 30 minutes to Durango Co - great for Skiing wolf creek, purgatory, and Hesperus CO.
