Just a few steps from the water, you can feast your eyes on the crystal clear Caribbean sea and lush tropical rainforest. A hidden gem at the end of the road, in the little Caribbean town of La Guaira. A perfect spot for you and your family to relax, unwind and explore ! The space Upstairs are 2 spacious bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Each bedroom has a king bed with memory foam topper and an additional twin bed with cold a/c !! Off the main bedroom is a balcony overlooking the ocean with hammock , table and chairs. Down stairs simple but complete kitchen with a dining table & small seating area. Laundry room with washer and dryer are located inside the house off the kitchen. This room has a/c that can be used to cool the down stairs on hot days. Covered porch over looking the water with a nice large lawn good for setting up tents and playing games. The property sits ocean front on a reef over looking Isla Grande. Deep water for swimming is less than 50 meters to either side. Set up the plastic lawn chairs out on the reef and take a seat while the kids explore The house comes with starlink & smart tv Guest access The whole property is for guests Other things to note My family has been coming to this area for over 40 years . We love it tremendously for what it is , a hidden little gem where not much has changed for many years. This is not your typical touristy destination. Shops , restaurants and infrastructure are limited. Please come with all your provisions. This location is perfect for relaxing, swimming, snorkeling, diving, sailing, surfing, taking in beautiful views and experiencing an authentic Caribbean town. Remember that Panama has two seasons. Rainy season runs from late April - November. The ocean will be very calm with very little wind. Dry season runs from December - May. The trade winds pick up coming in from the north and the ocean has potential to become choppy.
