The space Welcome to your perfect getaway! This charming 1,000 square ft apartment offers a cozy, stylish retreat located within a well maintained apartment complex! Thoughtfully designed with comfort and relaxation in mind, the space features spacious living areas, modern amenities, and tasteful decor that creates a warm, inviting atmosphere. As you enter the apartment complex, you will walk up two flight of stairs to our beautiful spacious apartment located on the second floor. The open living area is equipped with comfy sofa, two bucket chairs and a smart TV for streaming your favorite shows. We provide Disney+ (Hulu and ESPN, located on the Disney+ tab) which is perfect for cozy movie nights or just catching up on your favorite shows. Start your mornings off right at the fully stocked coffee bar. It is complete with a variety of brews, tea, sugar and cream all the essentials to fuel your day. Whether you're unwinding in the comfortable living space or enjoying a quiet moment in the thoughtfully designed bedrooms, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. Our fully stocked kitchen is designed to make you feel right at home! Equipped with everything you need for cooking, dining, or a quick snack, it features: a refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, and dishwasher. The kitchen also contains an air fryer, mixer, blender, cocktail shaker set, dinnerware, flatware, cooking and baking essentials along with a spice rack and olive oil. Our bedroom has a chest of drawers, smart tv and a plush queen-sized bed with soft premium linens to ensure for a restful night’s sleep. Our other room is a dedicated workspace for remote work or staying connected using our high speed Wi-Fi There is a sleek and clean full bath stocked with essentials like fresh towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer. There is a tiny balcony located off of the open living area which can be used as a cozy reading nook for your morning coffee or evening unwinding. Located in a quiet neighborhood yet close to local cafes, restaurants, and attractions, this apartment is perfect for experiencing the best of the city. Whether you're exploring or simply relaxing indoors, this apartment promises an unforgettable stay! Other things to note Animals/Pets: I take a lot of pride in my rental, so I am agreeing to be a pet friendly home, however please help me keep it that way. You know your pet best (chewers, aggressors, not potty trained, have separation anxiety) Please bring crate if you plan on leaving your pet(s) unattended for an extended amount of time. You are more than welcome to bring a pet camera as well. There are also dog kennels available in the area. There are a few requirements I do ask of you: -You will be responsible to pick up the poop after your pet. -No pets allowed on beds or furniture. -Please use a dog blanket -You are more than welcome to bring a pet gate. An additional $50 fee for 2 pets will be charged per visit to cover the extra cleaning from pet hair. Thank you for understanding this extra fee. Again, If you do book with me, you will see an additional $50 added on to your total. I
