This renovated caretaker's home is has three bedrooms—two featuring queen-sized beds and a third with two single beds with one full bath. The updated kitchen is equipped with everything the home cook needs. In the summer and early autumn guests can also access the campsite. Several picnic tables and a canvas tipi are set in a tucked-away clearing across the stream. Owners live in main ranch house and maintain the property. They’re available to lend a hand during your stay and will show you the property on arrival. There are horses on the property and two friendly ranch dogs. Location: This property is five miles off US 40, 15 minutes from Kremmling, half an hour from Rocky Mountain National Park, less than an hour from Silverthorne, Steamboat Springs, and Winter Park, and two and a half hours from Denver—but a million miles from nowhere! Satellite TV and WIFI are available in the main house. One dog is allowed with an extra charge of $25 per night. (Must be friendly with other dogs and comfortable around horses.)
