We kindly ask that you do not book with plans to request an exception, as we won’t be able to accommodate it. 🍽️ Kitchen Access Guests are welcome to use the kitchen except for stove and oven use. A microwave is available for simple meal preparation Complimentary K-Cups, breakfast pastries, and snacks are provided Fridge, freezer, and cupboard space is available—just let us know if you'll be storing food or using the kitchen during your stay 🧺 Laundry Use: We offer one complimentary load per stay (or once per week for extended stays). The microwave, fridge, freezer, and pantry space are available upon request. 🏠 Local Guests: At this time, we are unable to host guests who reside in Salt Lake County or nearby areas. We kindly ask locals not to book. ❄️ Temperature Settings: We keep our home comfortably cool with air conditioning set in the mid to high 60s. If you're sensitive to chilly environments, please plan ahead. 🚗 Parking Instructions: Street parking is required on the west side of the road, directly in front of our home. Parking in front of neighboring properties is not permitted. 🚬 Smoking Policy: Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited both indoors and outdoors. This policy is in place because repeated outdoor trips for smoking disturb our dog, Lola. If you smoke, we respectfully ask that you do not book. 🐶 Meet Lola, Our Resident Pug. Lola is small, friendly, and will likely greet you with enthusiasm. ⏰ Check-In & Check-Out Early check-in and late check-out may be available for a fee of $5.00 per hour, depending on scheduling. 🚆 Salt Palace Convention Center Access is located approximately 35 minutes by car from our home. You may also take the Trax train from Daybreak Station (1.4 miles away) for easy downtown access. Two stops are located within half a block of the Convention Center.
