Beautiful home in safe community! We are right on the boarder of Herriman and South Jordan (Day Break). Our home is located 2.5 miles from The District Shopping Center and 1.9 miles from Mountain View Village Shopping center. There are plenty of restaurants, shops and things to do close to here! Located only 1.4 miles from Trax Daybreak Parkway Station (train). The space The room is located on the second floor in its wing. There are no shared walls, which allows optimal privacy. There is an attached 4-piece ensuite bathroom. The room is furnished with a new queen-sized bed, a 32-inch flat-screen TV, shower/bathtub towels, and toiletries. Xfinity High-Speed Internet and Cable are to be also available in your room! Guest access We do not allow use of the STOVE or OVEN! Please do not book and ask for an exception, we won't be able to accommodate it. KITCHEN & LAUNDRY Kitchen is available with the exception of STOVE and OVEN use. Please feel free to use the microwave for cooking. The kitchen has a nice variety of K cups of coffee, breakfast pastries, and snacks! There is space available in the fridge, freezer, and cupboards available for you to use as well. Please let us know if you plan on storing food and using the kitchen. LAUNDRY - We request that you provide Please at least 3 hours advance notice if you would like to use the laundry facilities. We allow one complimentary load per stay. Or one per week if you have an extended stay. Please plan on providing your own detergent and fabric softener. During your stay We live here full time and are happy to help with anything you need during your stay. We will do everything possible to greet you when you arrive. Please reach out via the app if you need anything. Other things to note We do not allow the use of the Stove & Oven, please plan accordingly. At this time, we are not hosting locals. Please do not book if you live in or around Salt Lake County. You MUST Park on the west side of the street. Our home is located on the west side of the road. Please Park in front of our house! SMOKING - we do not permit smoking of any kind on our property. This applies to both in-door and outdoors. We have a small pug, her name is Lola. She will be excited to see you, but once you acknowledge her, she will calm down. Early Check-In & Late Check Out: If available there will be a $5.00 per hour fee charged. Salt Palace Convention Center is approximately 35 minute's drive time from our home. You can also ride Trax (train), the Trax Daybreak Station is located 1.4 miles from our house. There are two stops one-half block from the convention center.
