Hi I'm Tania and my husband Alex ,We are responsible people, quiet , house of good manners. We have a business related to ECOLOGY selling products avoiding the contamination of our environment. In our house we live with guests from other countries occasionally and with my parents ( two very helpful and attentive elderly people). All of us will be happy to assist you in your stay in our beautiful Arequipa. The space Our Private room is located on the 1st floor, it has a double bed (very soft high-end), a closet ,a 43-inch Smart TV, a small table with two chairs, inside the room there is a private bathroom with hot water (we do not include personal toiletries such as soap , shampoo and toilet paper) , in addition you can use a well-equipped kitchen (shared area). The guests are given their own key to their room and the main gate of the street there are no restrictions on time of departure or entry. Guest access Our guests can use a well equipped kitchen (shared area) used only by you, During your stay Me and my husband are attentive to the arrival of the guests, we will always be present for any query or help in what you may require , it will be enough to write to our number via Whats App or direct call in case you do not find us. Other things to note We work with COLCA tour agencies in economic and guaranteed prices, the units (minivan) pick up our guests from the door of our house we embark them.
