Charming apartment, 5 min Morjim/Ashwem Beach

Lovely Studio apartment on a high floor, close to Morjim beach in a private Hotel. 3 floor, no lift. The space This apartment/room is a part of a private guesthouse. We have diffent room's categories and different apartment with kitchen. Check out our listing to see all. You will recognise same property by mint door's color. Our guests House is located between Morjim and Ashwem. The entrance is from the main road, where our cafe is standing. Our small reception is in our cafe # If you plan to travel with your pet, you are welcome, we collect 5 000 security deposite, that we return if there is no damage in the room/apartment. Dogs are not allowed on the beds and on the sofas. You have to carry their own sleeping place and food plates. Your pet should not be course of disturbance/danger for other guests and other pets. # If there is a damage/damages, then we fix it using security amount. If damage is bigger, you will have to cover the full amount of damage. Thank you for understanding 🙏 WI-FI Dear guests, we have wifi connection, but router is not in each room , it's in corridors. And sometimes provider has issues with the speed. We are not responsible for internet connection and it's speed. We provide accomodation and responsible for what is in our hands and for hospitality. Parking: We have only 1 parking place that is not promised to anyone.
