We recently improved the air conditioning and laundry, to make everything beautiful. It has two garages, two elevators, and a building with a doorman during the season. Wi-Fi for work. The space The apartment has a barbecue area on both balconies, overlooking the sea and the mountains, and has air-conditioning in all the suites. The recently remodeled kitchen is complete, with an oven, microwave and other amenities. In the upstairs living room, the gourmet space has a refrigerator, brewery and stove. The apartment has a washer and dryer. We offer several amenities such as bed linen/towels/chairs... everything so you don't have to worry while you're at the beach. Garage for two cars. Furthermore, the views from the bedrooms are incredible, and the two living rooms ensure a perfect social area. We decorate everything in the best way to ensure quality rest and family reunions. Impossible to find a better spot on the coast to enjoy the sunrise and sunset. Guest access The two elevators, the parking spaces and the location near Praia and downtown Atlântida ensure great comfort and accessibility. Ideal for relaxing without having to take the car. Other things to note The building is excellent, and the apartment is very airy and has an excellent sun position. Ceiling fans are great for those who don't get too hot. The air-conditioning in all bedrooms and the main living room guarantee an excellent night's sleep, as do the formidable beds. The caretaker provides excellent service and can help with any questions. The maid service is available for two hours a day, 6 days a week, making the beds, cleaning the windows and floors, ideal for those who want to go to the beach to rest (it just does not include cleaning dishes and the inside of cabinets and refrigerator).
