Accommodates 3 people or a couple and a child, one bedroom with a queen bed and the other with a full bed. Air conditioner in the living room and queen bedroom. Ceiling fans in all rooms. The space Privileged location, steps from the Botanical Garden, close to trails through the Forest on foot, by car or public transport. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment. The kitchen contains everything you will need to feel at home! Other things to note Maximum 3 people Electricity is very expensive in Brazil, turn off the lights, fans, and air conditioning before leaving. An extra fee will be charged if electricity exceeds R$200 per month. The ceiling fans have remote controls that are room specific. Loosing or misplacing a remote will result in having a charge of R$300 added to your account. The outlet adaptors are for the guests, taking them will also result in having to pay for it.
