It has great accommodations and refinement for a perfect stay. The space It's a big house, with 3 floors and large rooms. Designed with all complete facilities to perfectly accommodate 6 guests in any season! It has 3 en-suites, the master suite with a double bed and a closet, split air-conditioning and a hot tub. Heating system, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, two kitchens, fireplace, large barbecue, balcony on the 2nd and 3rd floor, game room with minibar and full service area. The house is equipped with appliances and electronics necessary for perfect comfort (microwave, stove, industrial stove, refrigerators, minibar, coffee maker, dishwasher, washer dryer, LCD TVs, Sky TV and satellite dish, stereo), as well as toys and games for children, plus a camping crib with changing table and bathtub for babies! Located in a residential neighborhood, built with demolition bricks and natural light through the glass bricks in the main room. Guest access All rooms will be available except the engine room. The house has stairs that lead from the 1st to the 2nd floor, as well as from the 2nd to the 3rd floor. Other things to note It has a security system with a code and 24-hour monitoring by the security company. The provisional password will be provided at the time of check-in, as well as the residence access control. The house does not have Wi-Fi, as it is a summer house!! We use private 4G when we are in the residence!
