This last ensuite bathroom is extra small and its shower is minuscule. Kitchen is fully equipped and appliances such us coffee machine, toast maker, water heater, fridge, dishwasher and washer are included. The island is perfect for cooking and having breakfast. Guest access As the building is quiet and inhabited by aged people, this apartment is aimed to people/families who appreciate the calm offered by the building and neighbors. Please notice that smoking is ONLY ALLOWED in the balconies (no indoors). Other things to note - Property is equipped with 4 powerful ACs: 1 in the living/dining room, 1 in the master bedroom, 1 in the 2nd bedroom (studio) and the last one installed in the 3rd (tiny) bedroom. - High speed internet (upload speed 60,2 Mbps - download speed 184,0 Mbps) - Maid service included (for free) during the staying up to 6 hours a week.
