A sunny 14th-century noble villa with a fireplace and Borromeo coat of arms in a commanding position with spectacular views of Tuscany welcomes you to the countryside of the Montalbano hills between Florence and Pisa. Immersed in the tranquility and surrounded by cypress trees and olive groves, it's just steps from Leonardo's birthplace and a 5-minute drive from Vinci, where you can relax by the pool or set out to visit Tuscany's major cities, all about an hour's drive away. The space From the ground-floor entrance, a stone staircase leads to the first floor, opening into a spacious living room with an adjoining fully equipped kitchen. The sleeping area comprises a bedroom with a small double bed (French bed) and en-suite bathroom, a separate bathroom, a double bedroom, and a hallway leading to a third bedroom with two large single beds, followed by a fourth bedroom featuring a double bed and en-suite bathroom. The bedrooms and living room overlook the private garden, which boasts a swimming pool and a priceless view of the Tuscan landscape. Guest access The apartment occupies the entire upper floor and features four spacious bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large living room; it has a private entrance, and private parking is located in front of the farmhouse. Other things to note The property accepts pets as long as they are well-behaved and quiet, and do not harm our animals. We have three dogs, two males and a female, all good-natured. We have free-roaming turtles in the garden, a small chicken coop, and a horse that lives adjacent to the garden. Dogs must be kept on a leash outside the property.
