Welcome to La Casa de Jon. This newly remodeled 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo is on the ground floor of a condo building in a quiet neighborhood. The bedroom features A/C, mini fridge, a comfy memory foam mattress, and a workstation. The house features a full kitchen and a private outdoor back patio. It's decorated featuring only art from local Vallarta artists! You'll also be greeted with a welcome shot of tequila, mezcal or raicilla! The space The entire house and one bedroom are available for your use. Guest access Kitchen, living room, laundry room, bathroom, patio Other things to note Filtered water is available from the small tap at the kitchen sink! In case of damage to or theft of the bike, you will be responsible for the full repair or replacement value. Beach towels, a beach chair, a small cooler, and an umbrella are also available for your use! Please clean sand off of these items before returning home. In case of loss of these items, you will be responsible for their replacement value!
