Calypso Condo is located in Gentle Winds Condominiums directly across from the lawn from the beach with great views but no afternoon sun pouring in. You’ll love our place because of the view, the decorating, the cathedral ceilings, the remodeled kitchen, the comfy beds, the A/C, the many original works of art and the fact that Burt Lancaster chose our unit to stay in when filming "The Island of Dr. Moreau." Our place is good for couples, friends and families with children. The space There's just lawn and lovely landscaping between you and the water. There are fantastic views from every room in the two story unit. Every room contains original art and/or sculptures. Multiple sports activities are available on the property with lots of equipment plus sand toys in our storage room. Restaurants and stores are just minutes away. There is an extensive collection of DVD's and a wall mounted TV in the living room and a TV/cassette player for children in the gallery/loft and a BBQ for dad upstairs on the patio plus a bar in the entry that we ask guests to replenish as supplies are used. Guest access You will have access to the entire unit plus the storage room next door. The recreation room and lending library is also available to everyone as well as the pool, pitch and putt golf, basketball, tennis, shuffleboard and ping pong. And don't forget to go for a walk on the grounds and the beach. Other things to note After the first two guests, there is a $23 per night charge for each extra guest. Your hotel tax is included in the quoted price. Only the cleaning fee is extra.
