Enjoy a unique inside/outside living space in this large, Spanish style villa. Nestled within mature palm and mango trees, the villa offers an intimate and private space. Spend your days by the pool or under the shade of the open air palapa, where a large outdoor lounge / dining area awaits you. Listen to birdsong or the howler monkeys while relaxing after a yoga class at one of the many amazing yoga studios in the area, or a surf session at nearby Playa Guioness. The space The villa offers a large outside living area. The structure wraps around an inner courtyard with a pool and is surrounded by a rustic white wall on one side, offering privacy and security. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a gas BBQ. The house sleeps 8 comfortably. The principal and first guest bedrooms are located on the first floor. Bedroom #3 is on the second floor, along with an office space. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The bedrooms are independent of one another, there are no internal connections between them. The villa is conveniently situated in a quiet and safe residential area, and only a 3 minute drive to the best restaurant in town - La Luna. Playa Pelada is a short 4 minute walk away. While Playa Guioness next door offers incredible surfing year round, it can be rough for swimming. Pelada consists of three small bays which are perfect for swimmers of all ages on low to mid tide. It is a calm, tranquil beach, where you will often see people practicing yoga or meditation. It is a beautiful and intimate beach, perfect for taking in the sunset.
