With only seven double rooms, it is the perfect base for two guests seeking a comfortable, social and relaxing stay in Lofoten. In winter, the Northern Lights are often visible right outside your door. Between late May and mid-July, the midnight sun keeps the fjord lit long into the night. The space The room is private with its own key code, sent to you automatically before arrival. This double room features two separate single beds and a private washbasin. Guests have access to shared bathrooms, a fully equipped communal kitchen and social common areas. Freshly made beds, towels, Wi-Fi and parking are included. Reception is located here at Astra Whale, Steinveien 11, 8310 Kabelvåg. Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged with reception. Luggage storage is available free of charge. Guest access The kitchen, bathroom, toilets and lounge are shared with other guests. Free parking is included – we'll show you the spot at check-in. Outdoor areas by the sea are available to all guests. Other things to note Astra is smoke-free indoors and in common areas. End-of-stay cleaning is included – we don't offer daily housekeeping, but fresh towels can be requested through reception. The buildings are historic and may present challenges for guests with reduced mobility – please contact us before booking. The nearest EV fast charger is approximately 7 km away in Svolvær.
