It has a large terrace with a barbecue, perfect for gathering friends and enjoying good times with the family. Close to supermarkets, restaurants and shops, it offers easy access not only to Enseada Beach, but also to the charming Pitangueiras Beach. Come and meet! The space Very spacious, the apartment is ideal for family and groups of up to 08 people. The terrace is a large space with a shower, barbecue and place to hang the hammock that is stored in the living room rack. Aconchegante and spacious, the property accommodates well up to 8 people (including adults and children). It has 02 plastic tables and chairs, which are ideal to be used in the outdoor area during your barbecue. Please don't forget to store the hammock, tables and plastic chairs in the places where they were stored before using it. Do not remove the other furniture from place. It has a large, well-equipped kitchen with household items: blender, pots and pans, baking pans, couscous, cake molds and even fondue appliance, for cold days. The living and dining room has a 40-inch TV (only open channels), 2 puffs and 1 sofa, for you to rest after a full day on the beach. The 1st bedroom has 3 bunk beds and 02 dressers so that guests can store their belongings and the 2nd bedroom has a double bed and a sofa bed and a closet that is partially available so that they can store their clothes. In both rooms there are ceiling fans. Next to the barbecue is the sink and underneath it is a small closet, which is one of unique and exclusive handling of the host and authorized people. Do not forget to bring linens. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment, as if you were at home! Make yourself at home! Other things to note * Guests must provide the full names and present the documents of everyone who will be staying. * We do not offer bed and bath linens, please do not forget to bring them. * We don't have cable TV, only open channels. * No smoking inside the apartment. * It is forbidden to move the furniture around (except for plastic tables and chairs, which can be used on the terrace). * No parties or events. * Visitors are not allowed. If you like plants, feel free to water them. They'll love it and so will I!
