Studio apartment located in a gated complex with 24h security. The unit is situated on the second floor offering a partial view of Coco Bay. It offers a fully equipped kitchen and a private rooftop terrace. The complex has 5 medium size pools and 3 infinity pools with whirlpools (not heated). The space Our Studio apartment is small but very cozy, offers a good view and the community is very quiet. You can enjoy incredible sunsets from the terrace maybe sipping a good glas of wine! Guest access Coco Sunset Hill sits on a hilltop and features 6 different pools, jacuzzi (not heated), 24/7 security, wireless internet (in selected common areas), A/C, cable TV, green areas, and parking space (one car per unit). The area is very safe. Other things to note The unit is on the second floor, so it is not recomendable to guests with mobility impediments. Normally only one car per unit is allowed in the gated premises, and it is obligatory to show a permit all the time the car is in the gated community. IT IS RESPONSIBILITY OF THE GUEST REQUESTING THE PERMIT AT THE MOMENT OF RESERVATION OR AT CHECK IN. In case there is availability we can offer an additional permit upon request (subject to availability at the moment of check in). We hold a 100 USD deposit for possible damages, on a valid credit card (we do not accept American Express) which will be voided at check out. The deposit can also be paid in cash.
