Come relax and unwind at our private cottage and country courtyard. Enjoy your morning coffee or hot chocolate on the deck while the sun comes up. We will provide you with everything you need to make your own homecooked breakfast, whenever you’re ready to eat. Grab and go options are available so you can hit the road bright and early; or lounge all morning and make yourself a heartier meal. Ample parking for vehicles & trailers. 15 Miles to BYU-I Campus 11 Miles to St. Anthony Sand Dunes The space Studio style cottage, with one standard queen bed, and one queen sized convertible sofa bed. Suitable for a couple or small family. Fresh breakfast food items will be purchased and stocked for your stay, based on availability. Beverages include bottled water, juice, and full coffee, hot chocolate, and tea bar. You are free to use as much or as little as you want, it’s your food and is included in your cottage rental! Our kitchenette appliances include: a midsize refrigerator with freezer, microwave, 2 burner stove top, convection oven, popcorn maker, toaster, coffee maker, and small single rack dishwasher. Glassware, silverware, dishes, pans, and cooking utensils are all accessible in the kitchenette. Guest access Guests have the entire cabin and country courtyard for their private enjoyment. The courtyard has a grill shack with small propane grill. A fire pit is available for roasting marshmallows. There is also a swing set and seating areas including picnic tables. Other things to note Check-in procedure: Guests will receive a message with our standard rental agreement that must be completed and returned the morning of their reservation. They will then receive a separate message with their access code to enter the cottage. If the property is available before check-in at 4:00 p.m., the guest will be notified. Check-out procedure: At Granny Zola’s, we don’t charge additional cleaning fees or expect guests to do the bulk of the cleaning. We just ask you to use your favorable judgement that would make Grandma proud, and we will happily take care of the rest. If you leave before check-out at 12:00 p.m., a message letting us know you are leaving is appreciated.
