Excellent house, located in the Orla 500 Condominium, 50 meters from the beach, consisting of 3 (three) bedrooms, 1 (one) suite, swimming pool, gourmet area with barbecue, garage for 3 cars and large leisure space. Access to the beach is on foot and takes only 3 minutes. Quiet and free beach for children. The space The house is used by us and has a family warmth. In the indoor area we provide 3 bedrooms, a TV room, dining area and an open kitchen. It has an outdoor area with a yard, swimming pool, spacious balcony and barbecue with a wood-fired oven. Cable TV (SKY) and OI Fiber internet. All bathrooms have an electric shower. The pool is cleaned twice a week by a qualified professional. Two bedrooms have air-conditioning and a ceiling fan, and one bedroom has only a ceiling fan. Bedroom 1 (suite): a double bed and ceiling fan Bedroom 2: a double bed, a single bed, a children's bed, air-conditioning and a ceiling fan Bedroom 3: a double bed, a single bed, a children's bed, air-conditioning and a ceiling fan. Guest access The house is located in the Orla 500 condominium, in the municipality of Cabo Frio / RJ. People walk quietly around the condominium, and it is also a great place for bike rides. Other things to note Bed linen: we offer mattress sheet (bed cover) and pillow. Cover sheet and pillowcase are charged separately at a cost of R$ 20.00 per person. Bathroom linen: bath towels are charged separately at a cost of R$ 30.00 per person. We offer face towels, liquid soap, and toilet paper in all bathrooms.
