The bedroom features a super comfy king-size bed, and there's a full pullout in the living room. The fully stocked kitchen includes a dishwasher, ice maker, Keurig coffee maker, and more. Dine with seating for 4 at the spacious kitchen island. Parking is limited to 2 cars, and fast internet is available. We provide beach towels, chairs, a beach wagon, and linens. Pets are welcome at $50/night per pet, with a minimum of $200. Guest access Welcome to the first-floor unit in our three-apartment home. Enjoy complete and private access with French doors leading to your two-space parking area. The pool and spa are shared with other units. Other things to note This is a first floor apartment in a private home. There is a second apartment that comprises the entire second floor and back of the first floor. You may hear common sounds experienced when someone lives on the level next to or above you.
