You’ll have a separate entrance for your privacy and 2 spacious parking spaces on the driveway for your convenience. The only spaces guests will not be able to access are the storage room and garage. You are responsible for purchasing additional supplies especially for long-stay bookings. Video surveillance is installed on the exterior of the property as well as the inside foyer of the Airbnb to ensure the safety of everyone who accesses it. The cameras are installed as follows - one facing the driveway, two at the main entrance of the upper unit, one at the left side of the property, one on the outside entrance of the Airbnb (right side of the property), and one inside the foyer of the Airbnb. For stays longer than 7 days we will need to access the apartment for 1-3 hours for routine cleaning and inspection. We will refresh the apartment for your comfort. In cases of emergency where a contractor will need to be called in to rectify an issue we will need immediate access. The upstairs unit is occupied. No one will have access to your unit at any time during your stay. The apartment has been soundproofed to give you a quiet and peaceful environment as your comfort is our top priority!
