Modern and well-decorated apartment, very well located in the heart of Rio das Ostras facing the sea, perfect for those who like to relax, enjoy the view and sleep with the sound of the waves. The apartment is very airy, located in a prime area, very close to the bus station and in front of the fair and with calm waters for bathing. The building has a 24-hour doorman. We have high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV and a full kitchen. We already provide bedding and have air conditioning in the bedroom. The space The apartment has a large living room with a smart TV. The room features a comfortable bed, air conditioning, and a window overlooking the ocean. Full kitchen with cooking utensils, coffee maker, blender, among other items. Bed and bath linens are provided for all guests. The building does not have an elevator, but the apartment is on the first floor with a few stairs to climb. We provide a mattress for extra people. Guest access Guests will have access to the building, but cannot use the barbecue. Other things to note The parking spaces for guests are outside the building, without a roof. But the vacancies are exclusive to the building and are in front of the lobby. In times of high demand such as summer and holidays, the building can be very crowded and not have vacancies for everyone, in which case it will be on a first come first served basis. - Due to a chronic and known problem of the ENEL company in Brazil, the entire region of the lakes suffers from sporadic power outages that depend on their service for normalization, so in the event of power outages that are not the responsibility of the property, we do not make refunds.
