The space We feature THREE comfortable bedrooms in total—two on the main floor and one in the spacious walk-out basement, providing ample space for your group. With two well-appointed bathrooms, there's plenty of room for everyone to refresh and unwind. For those looking to explore the lake, we provide two canoes and a stand-up paddle board, ensuring endless fun on the water. Whether you're seeking adventure or relaxation, our cottage is the perfect base for your Muskoka getaway. Guest access Guests can access the whole lot but please make sure to stay within our property lines during your stay. Our neighbours value their privacy (as much as we all do), and they won’t appreciate unexpected visits—even if it’s just for a stroll. Please only use our dock as the one showed in the pictures, using neighbours' dock is also considered as trespassing. Other things to note Keeping it cool with a few simple cottage vibes: -Parties are prohibited. We’re all about calm, serene getaways. While we love a good laugh and joyful moments, our place isn’t suited for parties. It’s the perfect spot for individuals and families craving a peaceful escape. -No smoking or fireworks on site. To keep the air as fresh as the natural beauty around us, please refrain from smoking or using fireworks on the grounds. We do not provide tin foil and baking trays, please bring yours if they are something you might need during your stay. Please note that our rural property does not have curbside garbage collection. Guests are required to take their garbage and recycling to the local transfer station before checkout (garbage dump fee might applied). Directions and hours will be provided prior to arrival. If you are unable to do so, a garbage handling fee may apply. Please respect our neighbors’ privacy and property by refraining from entering adjacent lands, including forested areas and ski trails, as they are privately owned and off-limits to guests. Unauthorized access may result in trail damage and disrupt our relationship with the community. We appreciate your cooperation in staying within the designated boundaries of our property.
