Seasonal Pool Heating: Available for an additional fee. Please inquire for rates. Unauthorized tampering with the settings results in a $750 security deduction. Deck Space: New, expanded oceanside deck (18'x16'). Features oceanfront covered porches (1st level) and sun decks (1st & 3rd levels). Beach Access: Private walkway directly to the sand, complete with an exterior shower. Outdoor Cooking: Gas grill provided (cleaned and includes a fresh propane tank upon arrival). 🛋️ Interior Comfort & Connectivity Luxury Suite: Dedicated Oceanfront Master Suite with a Jacuzzi tub and private access. Living Areas: Spacious main living area, plus an additional sitting area with a wet bar. Grocery: Closest grocery store is 1.5 miles away. 🛑 Important Guest Policies & Fees (Required Reading) To ensure a fantastic stay, please acknowledge the following policies and necessary fees: Required Fees & Add-ons Linens Package: Linens (sheets, pillow covers, and bath towels) are NOT included in the base rate. A mandatory, one-time fee of $350 covers all needed linens for your entire stay. Comforters are included. Guests must provide their own beach towels. Pet Policy: Dogs are welcome! A one-time non-refundable pet fee of $350 covers up to 2 pets ($350 each thereafter). Rental Rules & Logistics Summer Minimum Stay: From April through early September, we require 7-night stays with mandatory Saturday check-in and Saturday check-out. Minimum Age: Minimum check-in age is 25. We rent to families and responsible adults only. Parking: Five (5) total parking spaces are provided (1 open bay + 4 covered spaces). Starter Supplies: We provide a starter supply of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one trash bag per can, and a small bar of soap per sink. Guests must supply all other consumables (additional TP/paper towels, detergents, spices, etc.) for their stay. No Smoking is allowed anywhere on the property. Other things to note CHECK IN: 4 PM or sooner if your rental property has been cleaned/inspected. Please note the check-in time of 4:00 p.m. may be extended for special cleaning and maintenance, especially with COVID-19 cleaning precautions. Please note that the minimum check-in age is 25. CHECK OUT 10:00 am. No late checkouts unless permission granted from owner. You may be charged an extra free for this. PAYMENT Per Airbnb, your card is charged upon booking, however, the payment is not released to me until you check in. This is Airbnb policy, and cannot be negotiated. UPON ARRIVAL Please check your unit thoroughly upon arrival. Every effort is made to see that your unit is cleaned and undamaged before your arrival. If this is not the case, please report any discrepancies immediately to ensure that the problem is resolved and that you will not be held responsible SECURITY DEPOSIT $2000 deposit required per Airbnb. Will be totally refunded if no damages are reported. CANCELLATION POLCY Strict, per Airbnb’s policies. GROUPS AND HOUSE PARTIES WARNING-WE RENT TO FAMILIES AND RESPONSIBLE ADULTS ONLY. Please note that the minimum check-in age is 25. We do not rent to house parties and/or groups including but not limited to fraternity, high school graduation, spring break from high schools or colleges, or other non family groups to be determined at the sole discretion of owner. Any violation will result in termination of rental agreement without refund. OTHER POLICY: NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN ANY UNIT UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED and PAID FOR. FIREWORKS AND GRILLING ON BALCONIES ARE ILLEGAL WITHIN CITY LIMITS. NO PHONE CALLS MAY BE BILLED TO THE HOMEOWNER’S TELEPHONE. LINENS No linens are furnished... Please arrange for linens in advance. Linens are $350 (one-time fee) for sheets, pillowcases, bath towels. No beach towels are included. Comforters are included regardless. CLEANING $350 fee is assessed for home cleaning upon departure. negotiable. SOFA SLEEPERS We do NOT recommend sofa sleepers for adult use. For children's use only. REFRIGERATORS Many refrigerators are left open during cleaning. It can take as long as twelve (12) hours before your food will cool and the refrigerator returns to a medium temperature. If you fill it with warm groceries and continually open the refrigerator door, it will take much longer than 12 hours. Please check your refrigerator upon arrival - it should be set at a medium temperature. If the refrigerator is turned to a high setting, the humidity will cause the coils to freeze up, which prevents cool air from reaching the refrigerator compartment while the freezer remains cold. If this should happen, please set the unit to a medium setting and allow time to defrost and stabilize. KITCHENS All kitchens should be fully equipped for daily meals and serving. The following items should be in each unit to accommodate at least the maximum occupancy: coffee maker, toaster, dishes, glasses, flatware, serving dishes, pots and pans, and cooking utensils. You may want to consider bringing with you items such as: blender, food processor, extra large or specialty pots and pans, specialty knives and cooking utensils, etc. ADDITIONAL RENTAL ITEMS Items such as rollaway beds, port-a-cribs, full-size cribs, etc. are available for rent. The equipment will be delivered to the home. Payment must be made before arrival and negotiated through rental companies such as: Babys Away Myrtle Beach. This company can be found online. SUGGESTED ITEMS YOU MAY WANT TO BRING: •Bed linens (pillows and bedspreads are provided) •Special cooking apparatus (see Kitchens above) •Personal toiletries •Iron and ironing board •beach, kitchen towels •Food and condiments •Beach and fishing equipment PLEASE NOTE Property items (such as bedspreads, pillows, chairs, pots and pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, etc.) are NOT to be taken out of the home (to the beach) VENUE It is expressly agreed and understood that In this transaction(s), contract(s) and/or agreement(s) that should any transaction(s), contract, or agreement(s) arise out of my/our interaction with Airbnb/Owner or any subsidiaries thereof, that in all matters related to the transaction(s), contract(s), and/or agreement(s) the law of the State of South Carolina shall govern and be used to construe the same. All parties agree to work in good faith to resolve all issues prior to the inaction of a legal dispute. Further, it is agreed that in any lawsuit regarding any matter including, but not limited to, the transaction(s), contract(s) and/or agreement(s), in which I/we name Airbnb/Owner any subsidiaries thereof, any related parties and/or owners as a defendant, venue shall be in the Court of Common Pleas for Horry County, Conway, South Carolina.
