Beautiful country house surrounded by nature!

Spectacular country house!!! Inserted in a green belt very close to Goiânia and with all security!!! Asphalt to the door of the house (7 km from Terezópolis de Goiás/ 30 km from Goiânia/ 20 km from Anápolis/170 km from Brasília). There are 3 en-suites with air-conditioning, a toilet, an American kitchen with a dining/TV room, a barbecue area, a solarium, Wi-Fi, a service area, an integrated covered garage and an external bathroom. The ecological condominium does not allow dogs and cats (this rule is not flexible) The space The whirlpool jacuzzi is integrated into nature, providing warmth and comfort to our guests. Surrounded by greenery throughout the area, where you can enjoy the blue sky and hear the songs of birds, with details of some 20th century woods (1960), which surround the Deck and give it a special charm. The ox cart that adorns the garden, also manufactured in the 20th century, in 1960, was a family heirloom! We built a beautiful and charming pergola with swings for the kids right next to the Jacuzzi, so parents can enjoy complete leisure together with their family. For the best hygiene and safety of our guests, we have an Ozone device to sterilize the house against Covid (see more details in the photos). Working remotely in a quiet place with lots of greenery is always inspiring, so we invested in benches in the rooms for your greater tranquility and privacy. High-speed internet. Our house is located in an ecological condominium, where you can wake up to the birds singing, enjoy the silence of nature, find wild animals and, at sunset, there is always the possibility of meeting the maned wolf and the anteater. There are numerous trails within the condominium that can be covered by bicycle or on foot. The fauna and flora are very diverse and it is always possible to find some wild animals that live peacefully among us. The condominium also has soccer and tennis courts that can be used, subject to availability at the time. IMPORTANT!!! Welcome to our home for a wonderful stay in the midst of nature. We want to share this special environment with you, but we would also like to highlight the importance of preserving our environment and selective garbage collection. 1. Our policy prohibits pets in order to maintain harmony with the local fauna. 2. Fireworks will not be allowed, as they can stress the wild animals that share this paradise with us. 3. To maintain the tranquility of the place, we do not allow parties, even in a family environment. 4. The space is reserved exclusively for our guests, to ensure everyone's privacy. 5. Visitors are not allowed to spend the day, as the property is intended for guests only. 6. Respect the peace of the environment; we prohibit automotive noise so as not to disturb the neighbors and wildlife. 7. It is essential that all guests respect the property boundaries to ensure the well-being of our neighbors. 8. Before your stay, we ask that you send your documents to our association's concierge. 9. Observe the speed limits as indicated by the signs along the road, promoting everyone's safety. 10. If you encounter wildlife, keep your distance and allow them to continue on their way. 11. Fauna and flora are part of this environment, so we ask that you respect them, ensuring harmonious coexistence. 12. Contribute to the preservation of the environment by separating recyclable materials and waste in the appropriate places, following the instructions available in the house. 13. IMPORTANT. The house sleeps 9 people comfortably in the beds. Rooms will be prepared only according to the number of guests confirmed at the time of booking. The guest responsible for the reservation must send the host a list of everyone who will be staying, including children, in advance for clearance at the association's entrance. We recommend that guests not smoke inside the house. For the safety of your family, do not leave unaccompanied children and babies near the Jacuzzi. They must always be accompanied by their parents or guardians. Clothes and towels should not be hung on the balconies of the residence. We have clotheslines in the service area and in the covered area in the basement. In order not to damage the windows and our plants, we kindly ask you not to throw balls in the internal and external areas of the house. The condominium offers sports courts for these purposes. Thank you very much! Guest access Guests will have the entire house and gardens available during their stay. Sports courts (for collective use of the condominium) may also be used (whenever available). Other things to note The house has a drinking water filter in the kitchen. Two bicycles are available for guests to use to ride around the condominium. As a good practice, we expect guests to leave the kitchen dishes clean before leaving the house.
