In the DELUXE APARTMENT category, we offer you three exceptional apartments – Vision, Prestige and Liberty, which combine luxury, elegance and comfort. Each of them has its own character, design and atmosphere, but together they form the ideal choice for discerning guests looking for an unforgettable experience. The choice of a specific apartment depends on its availability on the selected date. The space What all apartments have in common: Separate bedroom: With a double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and in some also a desk. Living area: A sofa bed with a folding mattress provides full sleeping space for two more people. There is a coffee table and a TV. Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, combined oven with microwave, kettle, dining table with chairs and complete kitchenware, cleaning and washing products. Bathroom: Toilet, shower, sink, washing machine with dryer, hairdryer, clothes steamer, bathroom cosmetics, towels. Some apartments also offer another separate toilet for even greater comfort. View: Each apartment will enchant you with a view - whether of the historic square of Spišská Sobota or the majestic High Tatras. What makes each apartment unique: Vision: It will enchant you with its combination of retro style with modern design, artistic paintings on white walls and a magnificent view of the High Tatras. A bonus is the balcony, which offers an ideal place for morning coffee or relaxation with a view of the surrounding nature. The living room smoothly flows into the kitchen and dining room, creating a harmonious space for relaxation and entertainment. Prestige: Decorated in light natural tones that evoke a feeling of freshness and cleanliness. Arched windows offer a view of the historic square and add a magical atmosphere to the space. The apartment has a separate bathroom with a toilet right next to the bedroom and a second separate toilet at the entrance. Liberty: Minimalist design with a bar dining room and a glass view from the kitchen to the living area creates a unique impression of openness. Distinctive design arched windows offer a view of the garden and the High Tatras. The washer and dryer are conveniently located in the spacious hallway. Guest access Deluxe Apartments are located in the Beňovský building: Vision - on the 1st floor, apartment number 101 Prestige - on the 2nd floor, apartment number 203 Liberty - on the 2nd floor, apartment number 204. There is no elevator in the building, access is possible via stairs with railings. Entrance to the apartment is secured by a PIN code, which will be sent to you by email before arrival. The building is open daily from 7:00 to 19:00 (on weekends from 8:00 to 19:00). Outside these hours, you can use the PIN code to enter the building. Parking is free behind the building. Alternatively, you can use the public parking on the square in the parking zone. Other things to note Do you need groceries delivered to your apartment? As a thank you for your stay, we will give you a 10% discount voucher for groceries at Lunys – 1 voucher for 1–2 nights, 2 for 3–4 nights, up to 5 vouchers for stays of 9 nights or more. You can easily order food via the Lunys e-shop with delivery to the door of your apartment. In the Beňovský building you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay: 🛒 Mini market – offers basic but very high-quality food. 🍽️ Bistro – a smaller restaurant where you can eat anytime between 7:00 and 19:00. 📍 Tourist brochures – in the stands in the building you will find inspiration for trips and activities in the area. 📄 Useful leaflets – in the apartment on the table you will find information about food delivery, airport transfer, car rental and other services. Right in front of the building is the historic center of Spišská Sobota with a beautiful church and a peaceful atmosphere ideal for walks. Transport: 🚏 There is a public transport bus stop right in front of the building. 🚆 Spišská Sobota, a part of Poprad, is only 3 km from the bus and train station (10 min. by car / 25 min. on foot). 🚌 Bus lines 2, 3 and 4 run to Spišská Sobota. Safety and first aid: 🏥 There is a first aid kit on the 1st and 2nd floors of the building, which you can use if necessary.
