Welcome to our newly built guesthouse in OC! We’re in a friendly & quiet & safe neighborhood with easy access to entertainment, shopping, delicious local food, Asian restaurants and nearby markets. 10-15 mins: Knott's Berry Farm & Soak City & Adventure City & Disneyland & Los Cerritos Center 20-25 mins: Huntington Beach & Camelot Golfland & Discovery Cube & South Coast Plaza & MainPlace Mall & Outlets & SNA 30-35 mins: Aquarium of the Pacific & Fashion Island & Irvine Spectrum Center & LAX The space Welcome to our detached guesthouse, which shares one wall with our main house — a cozy and comfortable retreat featuring 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a kitchen, and a warm living room that also serves as a fun play area for kids. Enjoy a private entrance for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Ideal for 2–3 adults or a family of 4 with children, with a maximum occupancy of 4 guests. Guest access Please use the door on the right side next to the garage to enter your private entrance. You're welcome to enjoy the backyard during your stay. As the guesthouse shares a wall with the main house, please do not open the door in the kitchen to help maintain privacy for both spaces. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We have a pop-up canopy tent, beach umbrella, bicycles, and outdoor grill stored in the garage—feel free to message me if you’d like to use them. Other things to note Parking: Street parking is available for guests, and if you can’t find a spot, feel free to park in our driveway. Street Sweeping: Street sweeping takes place on Tuesdays morning, usually between 8:00–8:30 AM. Please be sure to move your car to avoid tickets, If you’d prefer not to move your car early in the morning, you’re welcome to park in our driveway on Monday night. Maximum occupancy: Our guesthouse accommodates up for 4 guests. Only registered guests are allowed on the property overnight. Please update us if your group size changes. No Parties: Our guesthouse shares one wall with our home. No parties, events, or loud gatherings are allowed. If you're looking for a place to celebrate or host gatherings, our guesthouse may not be the right fit. Children & Safety: Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
