You can combine work and leisure, the condominium has a heated pool, convenience store. The space Ground floor apartment of 36m², cozy and complete! It has a queen size bed, a double sofa bed and two extra mattresses. It has a bathroom and kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, two-burner stove, sandwich maker and basic utensils (pots, glasses, plates and cutlery). TV with access to Globo Play and iron available upon prior request. Guests have access to the condominium's heated pools and are entitled to a spot in the rotating parking lot. Guest access All common areas, the gym and laundry, (laundry the guest has access, but a separate fee is paid per wash). Great dining options nearby. Other things to note The apartment is delivered clean with bedding (towels, sheets, blankets, pillows, etc.) as well as toilet paper and soap. We only ask that you bring towels for the swimming pools. Cleaning after check-in is the guest's responsibility (There is no cleaning service during the stay) In the kitchen we provide detergent and dishwashing sponge in addition to the utensils already mentioned. NOTE: We leave the dishes as a courtesy, it is the guests' obligation to keep them clean, the room service has no obligation to wash the dishes, if you prefer, we can remove the dishes.
