Beach house with country climate. Made for those looking to relax and be in contact with nature. Located in the Sertão de Camburi and 2 km from the beach. 2200 sq. meter plot with preserved forest area. It is a simple and small house with a huge backyard. The house has 2 bedrooms with a double bed and I provide two extra single mattresses to use on the floor of the living room or bedroom. The land is surrounded by wire and canvas, I receive many pets The space House made for those who want to disconnect from problems, we DO NOT have TV, but we have a wi-fi network and the cell phone signal and 3G network works perfectly. Pets are welcome, the land is surrounded by wire and canvas, it is not walled. My dog is always off the leash. I have simple electric showers, not a strong shower. It's not a bed and breakfast, nor a hotel, just a nice little house in the middle of the Atlantic Forest. Guest access The land has a lot of green area, we have a small orchard, the guest can pick the fruits when ripe. Lots of banana trees and a small coconut tree. The barbecue is outdoors and available for use at any time. The use of repellent is indispensable, as the house is in the middle of the Atlantic Forest and mosquitoes always appear in the late afternoon. Other things to note The house has simple kitchen utensils (cutlery, glasses, dishes, pots). There are no food, hygiene or cleaning supplies. Guests must bring their own bed and bath linens. We have some pillows, but for children and people with rhinitis, I recommend bringing your own. I always bring my daughter's. The house is in the hinterland next to the Camburi River, and when it rains very heavily and coincidentally the sea is at high tide, we have a risk of flooding on the access road to the house. Nothing too worrisome, as the house is in an upper part of the hinterland, but access and exit by car is prevented. Having to wait for the sea to receive the river water again, lower and release the access of cars. Summer is the rainy season, and this risk is real.
