The space This space offers entry through a keyless garage door and is located at ground level with 36-inch doors throughout. It features generously sized windows that let in plenty of natural light and can comfortably accommodate up to four guests. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the basement suite for the duration of their stay. The hosts reside on the upper floor of the home, and a private entrance to the basement ensures added privacy. Other things to note Important Information & House Rules: Kitchen Facilities: Please note that the suite does not have a full kitchen. However, a compact kitchenette is available and includes an electric kettle, toaster, coffee machine, 3-in-1 egg cooker, water dispenser, microwave, and mini fridge. Additionally, Tim Hortons coffee, tea bags, and sugar are provided in the Airbnb. Laundry: There is no laundry facility available on-site. Pets: Pets are not allowed. Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Parties & Events: Parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings are not allowed. House Rules: Guest Limit: Only the number of guests included in the reservation may stay overnight. No unregistered guests are permitted. Quiet Hours: Please keep noise levels moderate, especially between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM, to maintain a peaceful environment. A family lives upstairs, so occasional noise may be heard. Cleanliness: Guests are expected to leave the suite in good condition. Check-in & Check-out: Please adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times as outlined in your booking.
