Blue Chalet - Quinta dos Samaniego - Pets not allowed

Rustic chalets built by hand in adobe (clay), are spacious, fresh and charming, have a queen-size bed (or two single beds), minibar, split, ceiling fan, clothesline and private bathroom with glass shower stall. They accommodate up to 4 people, with a maximum of 2 adults. Our bed linens are 100% cotton percale cotton and 300 threads. We wash the bed linen and towels with hot water. The space ⭐️ Our Property consists of 3 rustic cottages and 2 suites with balconies. ⭐️In the shared kitchen, you will find everything you need to prepare and make meals: a refrigerator, stove, microwave, blender, fan, coffee maker, barbecue grill, filter, tables, chairs, pots, dishes, glasses (including for wine and sparkling wine), cutlery, thermos bottle, etc. We leave coffee and sugar to facilitate your breakfast. ⭐️In the shared common space, you can enjoy Wi-Fi, hammocks, board games and cards, books, pool table and fireplace. ⭐️ Convenience with ironing board and hairdryer, which are available in the living area. ⭐️ Our property is completely surrounded by walls, so there is no danger of children or animals going out into the street without being noticed. ⭐️ Plenty of shade and abundant wind keep the environment cool at all times, regardless of the season. ⭐️ Wi-Fi available in the common area. ⭐️ TV available in the common area. We do not have TVs in the bedrooms. ⭐️ Our night lighting is charming! ⭐️ Pets are very welcome, but they cannot be left alone on the property. ⭐️ Between the blue and red en-suites, there is a shower to remove the sand from the beach. ⭐️ On the side of the Chalets, there is a private clothesline for wet clothes. We do⭐️ not allow visitors or parties on our premises. ⭐️ We have a camera system in all common areas of the property. We do⭐️ not allow loud noise 🔇 or any noise after 10 🚫p.m. ⭐️ Our rooms are non-smoking 🚭. ⭐️ Between the blue and red en-suites, there is a shower to remove the sand from the beach. ⭐️Cars can be parked on the street in front of the property, which is a very safe place. Washing cars on the premises is not allowed. ⭐️ In a light 10-minute walk you will arrive at Praça da Vila. ⭐️ A sweet shop that serves breakfast and lunch boxes 100 meters away. Guest access ⭐️ Access to the property is self-service, using the combination to the lockbox installed next to the entrance gate, the combination for which is provided on the day of entry via a messaging app. ⭐️ Guests have access to the chosen chalet and the shared common area. We do⭐️ not allow visitors or parties on our premises. ⭐️ We have a camera system in all common areas of the property. We do⭐️ not allow loud noise 🔇 or any noise after 10 🚫p.m. ⭐️ Our rooms are non-smoking 🚭. We kindly ask you to smoke on the street if you are a smoker. ⭐️ On the side of the Chalets, there is a private clothesline for wet clothes. ⭐️ Between the blue and red en-suites, there is a shower to remove the sand from the beach. Other things to note The property has 3 independent rustic cottages (Yellow, Blue and Red) and 2 en-suites (Orange and Green). It is located in a very green area and next to Itaúnas State Park. Meals can be prepared in the shared kitchen, which has a refrigerator, stove, microwave, fan, blender, glasses (including for wine and sparkling wine), crockery, cutlery and pots, as well as a barbecue. Recreation is provided by pool table, books, board games and cards. Fireplace for conversation nights. Several hammocks for that peaceful rest. Convenience with iron and ironing board and hairdryer, which are available in the living area. Enclosed space, quite private and reserved. Pets are very welcome, but they cannot be left alone on the property. Free Wi-Fi. Cars can be parked in front of the property, a very safe place.
