Park View Retreat with Hot Tub and King Size Bed

The WFCU Centre is 3 min away, battery plant under 10 min, Capitol Theatre, Caesars Casino, and border crossing to USA are only 10-15 min away. Wine country, and Point Peele National Park are 45 min drive, so is the airport in Detroit. We provided a guide book for all the great places to visit and fun things to do around. The space This property offers a comfortable space for a fun and relaxing time with family and friends, but it can also be a home away from home for someone who needs to stay longer for study or work in Windsor! Open the front door and you will find yourself in a rustic yet modern, open-concept living room, dining room, and kitchen overlooking a view of parks on both sides. Steps away, you can access your relaxing bedrooms and a fully-equipped bathroom. Open the back door to find a delightful patio awaiting you, complete with a sizzling BBQ, a comfortable patio set under the cedar gazebo, and a dreamy hot tub. This two bedroom apartment is on the main/upper part of the house, but completely separate from the basement unit. The hot tub is only used by the guests of this apartment. Guest access All parts of the space within Unit A’s property are available for use by our guests, with the exception of the locked storage room next to the bathroom (which is used by our cleaning staff). Any outdoor spaces belonging to the other units on the property are inhabited by other tenants and are not for use by guests. Other things to note This home is fully equipped for a long stay. We provided a limited amount of basic consumables such as soap, toilet paper, paper towels, salt/pepper/sugar, tea, coffee, etc. Guests are responsible for items beyond what is provided. It’s important to note that the hot tub on the patio belongs to Unit A and is used exclusively by the guests of the unit.
